By signing below and pressing submit, I/we (hereinafter "Client") hereby agree to appoint Corporate Filing Services, Inc.  (hereinafter "Provider") my/our attorney-in-fact on a limited basis and only for the purpose of completing and executing--either physically or electronically--documents pertaining to the management, registration, renewal, reporting, or update of business related filings for the commercial business listed on this order. Client agrees to a duration for this Limited Power of Attorney agreement for a period as long as is necessary to fulfill the requested services and understand Provider must be notified in writing to cancel this agreement.
